#COSWITCHESRIDE - EVENT INFORMATION

Get ready for a spellbinding day of fun at the 3rd Annual Colorado Springs Witches, Warlocks, and Ghouls Bike Ride! Join us on October 18, 2025, from 10:30 to 1:30 p.m. as we pedal through downtown Colorado Springs, dressed in our spookiest attire and decked out bikes, all in support of the Circle of Hope fund at UCHealth Memorial Hospital Foundation. This thrilling event helps provide crucial grants to cancer patients where 100% of every gift reaches our patients and their families by providing; transportation, nutrition, lodging or other basic necessities to allow them to focus on healing.

For the 3rd Annual Witches Ride we are thrilled to have a new family fun route (Legacy Loop) offering more mileage for the adults and more skilled youth riders. So, grab your broomsticks— err, bikes— and let’s ride for a cause that truly matters.

MAIN RIDE: Legacy Loop Route to Acacia Park

Stir at the Bon (Legacy Loop Trail) 12:00 pm
Acacia Park (Group Ride - (Approx. 30 mins - 45mins)

  • 12:00 p.m. Leave Stir (2330 N Wahsatch Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80907) and head West on E Jackson and take Right onto Middle Shooks Run

  • Continue on Middle Shooks Run (North) to Rock Island Trail /Legacy Loop Trail

  • Keep on West side of Legacy Loop Trail

  • Continue south on Legacy Loop passing by Monument Valley Park, crossing the Pikes Peak Green Way Bridge (East)

  • Once across the bridge keep on the East side to head towards the Monument Valley Peak Formal Gardens, and exit onto Westview Place

  • Westview place turns slightly right and becomes Boulder Cres Street.

  • Take a slight Right onto W Platte Ave.,

  • Cross Cascade onto E Platte Ave and turn Right into Acacia Park

AFTER PARTY RIDE

Acacia Park to Mash Mechanix Brewery to Celebrate!

via Bike Lanes on Cascade and Pikes Peak (1:30 pm) (Group Ride - (Approx. 15 mins - 20 mins)

After the main ride, we encourage everyone join us in their spookiest witch and warlock attire at Mash Mechanix Brewery for our After Party Celebration. We have partnered with Mash Mechanix to release a special Witches Brew - Shrunken Head Hazy IPA. Don’t miss this enchanting afternoon of fun, flavor, and magical memories.

The After Party Ride is optional — Feel free to enjoy yourself downtown and rally back at your leisure!

  • 1:30 p.m. Leave Acacia Park and head South West to E Bijou and take Right onto E Bijou towards Cascade Ave

  • Take a Left on to Cascade Ave, heading South towards Pikes Peak Ave.

  • Take a Left onto Pikes Peak Ave (heading East) all the way to Mash Mechanix Brewery

  • End at Mash Mechanix Brewery (429 Pikes Peak Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80903, USA)

Optional

RIDE back to STIR:

Mash Mechanix via Middle Shooks Run (5:00 pm) (Group Ride - (Approx. 30 mins)

The Group riders who join us for the After Party on their bicycles will have an optional Group Ride back to the starting point at STIR. This will be accomplished through a 3 mile bike ride up the Middle Shooks Run trail! Its a direct shot back to the start on one of the cities best urban bike trails!


The 5:00 p.m. trek back is optional — Feel free to enjoy yourself downtown and rally back at your leisure!

The Witching Hour (Sundown) is planned for 6:15pm on this date!

  • 5:00 p.m. Leave Mash Mechanix Brewery and head East on Pikes Peak towards E. Pikes Peak Ave

  • e. Pikes Peak Ave runs into the trailhead of Middle Shooks Run, Take a Left (heading North) and continue on Middle Shooks Run until you reach The Bon (approximately 3 miles)

  • End at STIR @ The BON (2330 N Wahsatch Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80907, USA)

  • Decorated Bicycle

  • Helmet

  • Bicycle Lock (If you plan to park and visit a partnering business)

  • Water

  • Layers (We all know what Colorado Weather can be like in the Fall. It can change quickly)

  • Fun! (Get ready to have a blast, soak up the vibes, and enjoy the ride through our beautiful town)
